Students chose inventors and inventions today. They will be researching the invention of their choice. It will be interesting to see what information they can uncover. My students are incredible knowledge seekers.
Has anyone found anything out about their inventor/invention yet? Chocolate chip cookie anyone? ;~)

I did not know Benjamin Franklin was the one who invented bifocal glasses. I thought it would be somebody I didn't know! :P I learned a lot about him like all the groups he initiated and led. There were some really cool facts!
P.S. Sorry, I don't want a chocolate cookie right now. Maybe next time!
I did not know that computers have been around since 1939
I have Guglielmo Marconi who invented the radio. He is so fascinating! I cannot wait to find out more about him!
I do not feel like a chocolate chip cookie right now! I just had three pancakes and sausages just about 5 minutes ago.
I did not know that the Wright Brothers did not get a high school deploma nor did they go to college.Yet they still built the airplane. It is amazing. I also did not know that they were born in Dayton, Ohio. I will have to visit there some time when I am in Ohio..
yes i would have A cookie right now but mom would say no because its 7:30 right now.
James invedted basketball so kids could play during the winter. without basketball the everybody wouldn't be healthy.
